My previous car was totaled, and I spent the previous weekend in Suburban Subaru, where I had a terrible experience. Went to Hodges to look at available cars on Monday morning. I worked with Patrick, who helped me test drive a bunch of new and used cars. The Crosstrek that I had really liked was booked by someone else. I didn't really like any other car. I was disappointed and had booked my Uber to leave. But Patrick went above and beyond and made some phone calls and made that car available to me. So over the next couple of hours, he ran my credit, helped me with my paperwork and I drove out with the car I really wanted!

Hodges immediately said they would match the price on a Cross Trek that I found at another dealership. Their sales team, specifically Patrick, put all the options in front of me with prices, availability, and finance terms. I was able to get delivery within 24 h of posting a down payment. Finance, Jeff, had all of the paperwork ready and explained everything in terms I could understand. Great job Hodges! I was very happy with the entire experience.

I bought my first Subaru at Hodges 7 years ago and am delighted with my decision to do so again. I recently decided it was time to trade up. Hodges was yet again exceptional! I spoke over the phone with Tom about what I was looking for and some of my considerations. He was able to give me information regarding differences between vehicles and the updates that had been made. Our experience with him at the dealership was also excellent. We had all the assistance and ease of making a big purchase I could hope for, even with a small child in tow. Tom took the time to go over options, stayed late, and went over the details of using the electronics in the vehicle with me. Others in the dealership gave my daughter approved snacks, paper, and crayons and made her happy and willing to be patient. Exceptional service. Couldn't be happier. Go to Hodges if you want to avoid frustration that usually occurs with car buying!

We had the best experience at Hodges Subaru, and Christen was such an awesome salesperson! She walked up to me right away and offered to help, and spent the whole day with me and my husband trying to figure out what we wanted to do. She never pressured us in any direction and was super patient and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable the whole time, and Christen was so nice and fun to hang out with, too! She helped us test drive a bunch of options and sat with us to work out all the possible numbers and choices regarding leasing vs buying, etc. We ended up getting the Ascent, and we are absolutely loving it! Highly recommend this brand, dealer, and especially Christen!

We bought a 2022 used Outback from JZ and he was amazing. He was straight forward and helpful, showing us a few cars before settling on the Outback. The trade in value they gave us for our car was higher than the other dealership we visited. The finance manager was great. He explained everything well and did not hard sell the extended warranty, only gave is the info to make an informed decision. Very happy with the experience. Also, we just took the car in for an oil change and Jayme was awesome. She was very friendly, got us signed in quickly and quoted a very reasonable price for the service. She estimated longer than it took to do it, so I was super happy when it went quicker. And I got a discount on the service when I checked out. Hodges is overall amazing.

Bought a used 2023 Wrx from there last month. The salesman John Z., aka J.Z., was friendly and patient and didn't hassle me with any of the typical sales tactics, e.g. pressuring to put down a deposit to reserve the car, This allowed me to just focus on the car and whether or not I really wanted it. And when I did decide to buy it, I had trouble getting out of work to close the deal. Never did anyone lose their patience with me, etc. In fact, everyone from the moment I walked through the door was nice and friendly, like it was a regular business and not a car dealership. I've been shopping for another car for a while and other dealerships have made the experience downright painful. Hodges Subaru was nothing like that. Wish I would have went to Hodges earlier. Btw, the car is awesome, too!
